Legal Incorporation
The policies listed in this Governing Policies Register form part of the Governing Policies referenced in the Master Service Agreement (MSA), the MSA Terms and Conditions (https://vaworks.com/MasterServiceAgreement), and any applicable Scope of Work Terms and Conditions (https://vaworks.com/SOWSelection). By executing the MSA and engaging the services of VA WORKS, LLC, Company acknowledges and agrees that these policies form an integral part of the governing framework between the Parties. In the event of conflict, priority shall be determined in accordance with the MSA.
Document Precedence
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between governing documents, the following order of precedence shall apply, with each item taking precedence over those listed below it: 1. Master Service Agreement (MSA) 2. MSA Terms and Conditions 3. Applicable Scope of Work (SOW) Terms and Conditions 4. Governing Policies (including this Governing Policies Register) Where a policy in this Register conflicts with any higher-precedence document, the higher-precedence document shall control. This Register and all policies listed herein are incorporated by reference into the MSA and form part of the governing framework between the Parties.
